Our services
TESTAR provides professional antenna measurement services using its Compact Range Test Chamber at SBIC (Noordwijk), within the NL Space Campus. This containerized outdoor facility (anechoic chamber) delivers fast, repeatable RF characterization—supporting measurements of antenna gain, radiation patterns (coand cross-polar), polarization, and other key parameters in a controlled anechoic environment, with simpler access and logistics than traditional indoor facilities.


Research & Development
R&D activities conducted independently or in collaboration with companies and research centers, advancing knowledge and technological innovation in the field.
Training & Community
Provision of an open space for development, training, meetings, and demonstrations, supporting the antenna measurement community and fostering collaboration.
Management & Operations
Management, procurement, operation, and maintenance of the Compact Range Test Chamber (SBIC) and associated R&D projects. Continuous upgrades of the facility and development of new services and solutions to meet evolving needs.


TESTAR operates the facility in collaboration with ASYSOL (Antenna Systems Solutions). ASYSOL’s experienced RF engineers conduct test planning, set-up, and measurement execution on the Compact Range, providing traceable results and clear reporting. Typical outputs include calibrated gain, 2D/3D radiation patterns, polarization metrics, and measurement-uncertainty documentation, delivered as customer-ready reports and data files. Where applicable, measurements are performed in line with customer requirements and relevant industry practices/standards.
